This is an agreement between buyer & stud owner that is to be adhered to strictly. Any breach of contract can result in forfeit of credit. Seller has the right to refuse service, sign off on papers, or fulfill repeat if the bitch is not approved, failure to do proper progesterone testing, or proper vetting that could interfere with the quality of service.

Provide proof of ABKC registration and get bitch approved by
stud owner.
Notify stud owner day of bleeding/first pg test. Buyer will have multiple progesterone tests done by a reproductive specialist in order to ensure the proper timing of semen delivery. Failure to do so can void any repeats.
Notify stud owner of confirmation via ultrasound or xray as early as day 35 post breeding, but no later than day 57 post breeding.
Have balance paid in full by time of semen shipping. Semen collection and shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Not use stud owner’s semen to use on another bitch.
Use credit within 2 years of purchase, otherwise pay for
freezing.

Make sure stud is available for collection as buyer’s bitch gets
closer to ovulation.
Provide adequate collection with proper packaging.
Provide repeat If 2 or less puppies are born, 3 constitutes a litter.
Provide repeat if the bitch doesn’t take. If after 3 times being bred to same bitch, and she does not take, buyer must use credit on another female.
Provide repeat if shipping issues occur.
